Empowering the Next Generation of Innovators

STEM education is the key to shaping the future of innovation, and ConnectTo is proud to be part of this journey. This week, the AESA STEM Academy Armath team had the exciting opportunity to host Armathronics15, a robotics team from Armenia, as they prepared for their first-ever FIRST Robotics competition in the United States.
With teams from around the world converging in Port Hueneme, California, the competition is a thrilling platform for young minds to showcase their engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Armenian Teams Compete on the Global Stage

Four Armenian teams are competing this weekend, including AESA STEM Academy’s own ArmBots. These young innovators have spent countless hours designing, building, and programming their robots, and now, they’re putting their skills to the test on an international stage.
As they navigate the intense challenges of the competition, the Armenian teams are demonstrating not just technical expertise but also the resilience and creativity that define their nation’s spirit of innovation.

Exploring Glendale and Building Connections

Of course, no visit to Southern California would be complete without some sightseeing. The visiting teams enjoyed a day out in Glendale, stopping by The Americana for some well-deserved fun, with a special visit to the Tesla store—a fitting destination for aspiring engineers and future tech leaders.
A big thank you to AESA Board Member Edgar Chakryan, whose ongoing support has been instrumental in making this experience possible for the students.

Looking Ahead: Updates from the Competition

As the competition unfolds, the excitement continues to build. The AESA STEM Academy and the Armenian teams are ready to showcase their hard work, innovation, and teamwork to the world.
Stay tuned for updates as the teams take on this incredible challenge!
